My experience with the product:

Packaging:  Deyga Spirulina Matcha Face Pack comes in a transparent glass jar with a black screw cap. This glass jar comes in a sturdy cylindrical cardboard box. This is definitely not travel-friendly.

Colour and texture: This face mask is in powder form, green in color. But the powder is not fine like a clay mask. The particles are a bit coarse.

Fragrance:  It has the natural fragrance of dried leaves. No added fragrance at all.

Who is this for? This mask is meant for all skin types. It is meant for acne control.

First impression:  I was not impressed with the fragrance at first impression (I don't mind it now). It feels nice and gentle on the skin. Doesn't dry out the skin. Didnt irritate my sensitive skin. Made my skin soft after the first use itself.

How long I have been using it?  I have been using it for more than 2 weeks now. I use it twice a week or whenever I feel like my pores are clogged, as this mask helps in exfoliation too.

How I like to use it? I like to mix it with plain water or even rose water. I apply it evenly on my skin and wash it off after 10-15 minutes with cool water. Once I tried the combination of curd and this face mask, honestly, my oily skin didn't like it much. Mixing it with curd might be beneficial for people with dry skin in my opinion. People with oily skin can use plain water or rose water.

Effects on my skin: I have been using it for 2-3 weeks now, it is too early to notice magical results from a face mask. However, it made my skin really soft post-application. It helps to eliminate dead skin cells (mildly exfoliates). It helped calm down and clear fungal acne (tiny bumps) on the forehead. I didn't get a new breakout since I started using it. I use this mask when I have clogged pores, it definitely helps with clogged pores.

  • Makes skin really soft after every use.
  • Mildly exfoliates the skin.
  • Fungal acne safe, also prevents fungal acne.
  • Helps clear out clogged pores.
  • Do not let it over dry on the skin, which can irritate the skin.
